Nine steps to efficient wound care

DermaSure wound management can be easily and quickly applied in nine simple steps*:

		STEP 1 Measure the wound and determine which wound manager is most suitable: Small (17x10 cm), Medium (27x14 cm), Large (35x19 cm).
		STEP 2 Make a template for the wound size and trace it onto the skin plate.
		STEP 3 Cut the hydrocolloid plate to size.
		STEP 4 If necessary, apply a barrier film to the skin surrounding the wound.
		STEP 5 Pull the skin smooth and affix the wound manager over the wound.
		STEP 6 Use the hydrocolloid paste to fill and protect skin folds and unprotected skin between the wound and the skin plate.
		STEP 7 Make a barrier using hydrocolloid paste, covering it with moisture-resistant hydrocolloid strips to protect the skin around the wound from aggressive output.
		STEP 8 Close the access panel.
		STEP 9 Connect the lower tap to a collection bag or drainage system.

The wound manager is easy to use, skin-friendly and removal is almost painless using DermaSure remover spray or DermaSure remover wipes.
